At the center of this exciting growth is the Colorado BioScience Association, shaping the policies and developing the programs to help Colorado's bioscience and medical device companies grow and prosper. The industry's future in Colorado looks bright. The Colorado BioScience Association facilitates the growth of the industry in Colorado through advocacy, representation and service. CBSA supports the economic development of Colorado through the creation of a premier bioscience cluster within the state. As a member of national organizations including the Biotechnology Industry Organization, CBSA forms important partnerships on a national level in pursuing these goals. In addition, CBSA is a member of the Denver Metro Chamber of Commerce and Research! America. WorkforceEnsuring a sufficient supply of skilled professionals is one of our top priorities. CBSA is working directly with the leadership of the State’s executive branch agencies to address policies on workforce issues. We are working with universities and community colleges to ensure a strong workforce is coming through the state’s educational pipeline. Business Partners, Vendors and Service ProvidersCBSA solicits the membership of the highest quality businesses which provide essential services and products to the bioscience industry. Bioscience companies within CBSA know these service providers have made a commitment to meeting the unique needs of the industry, are essential partners to the industry and have substantial experience in working with the industry. Investment CapitalA key objective of the CBSA is to present the opportunity of investment in bioscience to the financial community. CBSA conveys the message to investors that bioscience companies in Colorado have a strong future and are a good investment. Supportive Business and Regulatory ClimateCBSA represents the interests of Colorado’s bioscience industry with federal, state, and local government agencies, with the media, and with other policy makers in the state.
