Dan Leonard – Executive Director, We Work For Health
Dan Leonard, Executive Director of We Work For Health, will join to discuss the impact of the life sciences industry both in Colorado and throughout the United States. This will include a release of two new reports: one that details the breadth of vendor relationships in Colorado with companies that provide services or supplies to America’s biopharmaceutical research companies and their contributions to the local economy, and another that outlines the clinical trials happening in the state and their impact on patient health as well as the local economy. Finally, Dan will also discuss work being done throughout the industry to address the importance of diversity in clinical trials.

All CBSA Day at the Capitol participants are welcome to attend afternoon meetings with legislators following the morning programming. We’ll reconvene at 1:00 p.m. on the third floor of the Capitol in Senate Committee Room 354, where Rep. Sheila Lieder, Rep. Ron Weinberg, Sen. Kyle Mullica, and Sen. Joann Ginal will join us until 2:00 p.m.
