Inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) is a chronic disorder of the small intestine and/or colon. Current treatments for IBD are not optimal, as a significant percentage of patients do not benefit. The push to develop new IBD drugs is hindered by the interpretation of flawed preclinical data.

Inotiv scientists will discuss using global proteomic analysis and digital pathology with IBD preclinical models to uncover predictive IBD biomarkers. These advanced research techniques can improve the interpretation of preclinical study results and enhance translation to human disease.

In this webinar, you will learn:
– Key features of live phase, critical IBD biomarkers, and histopathological disease parameters in the adoptive T cell transfer model.
– How global proteome analysis characterizes protein drug target systems and pathways that drive disease phenotypes and response to therapeutics.
– About the use of digital pathology and artificial intelligence to analyze biomarker localization and treatment efficacy.

Presented by:
Dr. Melissa M. Walker – Associate Director of Pharmacology – GI Inflammation
Dr. Danile C. Liebler – Vice President for Platform Technologies
Dr. Michelle Panzica – Fluorescent Imaging Scientist
