CCIC Big Shots Supporting Little Tots Luncheon

Colorado Children’s Immunization Coalition’s 2nd Big Shots Supporting Little Tots immunization champion recognition luncheon.

Thursday, October 24, 2019 from 11:30 a.m. – 1 p.m. at History Colorado Center in Denver.

This is a wonderful opportunity to connect with the Colorado business and healthcare community to build even greater awareness for our collective support of a vital cause: protecting children from vaccine-preventable disease.

As CCIC’s prime 2019 recognition and networking event, the Big Shots Supporting Little Tots Luncheon is expected to draw 250 attendees and will also feature special guest speaker Peter Hotez, MD, PhD, an internationally-recognized physician-scientist in neglected tropical diseases and vaccine development. Dr. Hotez is the founding dean of the National School of Tropical Medicine and Professor of Pediatrics and Molecular Virology & Microbiology at Baylor College of Medicine, as well as director of the Texas Children’s Hospital Center for Vaccine Development. Dr. Hotez also authored Vaccines Did Not Cause Rachel’s Autism: My Journey as a Vaccine Scientist, Pediatrician, and Autism Dad. Unfortunately,
he also happens to be a growing target for the vitriol spewed by the anti-vaccine movement,as highlighted in this recent NYTimes article. Please join us for this inspiring event that includes a book signing.

Tickets can be purchased here and sponsorship opportunities are still available. Please see the attached sponsorship packet for details.
