EY Tax Update: Latest R&D Credit Trends and Tax Implications of the American Rescue Plan

Join EY’s Tax Update discussion of the latest trends in Research Credits including new IRS audit campaign, updates to LB&I IRS Directive, Amortization of R&D and software development costs starting in 2022.

This program will include discussion of the Federal tax implications of the American Rescue Plan and the tax provisions proposed in the Biden administration’s infrastructure plan (“The American Jobs Plan”) and child/family plan (“The American Families Plan”).
