For many professionals, awareness of unconscious bias in ourselves, the system and our clients positively affects our professional work, as well as the work we do as leaders in our communities.
Shook, Hardy and Bacon’s Firmwide Chair of Diversity and Inclusion Initiatives John Lewis will lead a discussion of implicit bias and the neuroscience behind it during this presentation. John’s background as global chief diversity officer at a large corporation has allowed him to bring his perspective to life sciences companies in similar presentations on interactions with external constituents, community leaders, customers, leaders and more.
