Her journey began in 1991 when she ventured to Poland to join the Enterprise Fund development, a concept initiated by President George H.W. Bush. Heather dedicated 19 years to managing three funds covering Central and Eastern Europe, investing in early-stage and growth companies, ranging from startups to multimillion-dollar ventures.

Heather continues to be actively involved in investments, now through PharmaJet, and also serves as a dynamic board member. She carefully selects angel investments in companies poised to make profound impacts on global health.
