Dr. Hannah Gordon is a molecular biologist by training and a builder by instinct driving AI-guided, drug discovery as Chief Product Officer at Enveda. She brings over a decade of expertise in translational biology, cutting-edge technologies for drug discovery and commercial acumen. Hannah successfully translates complex scientific concepts into actionable processes, leading cross-functional collaboration to develop first-in-class drug programs sourced from nature.

Enveda is a clinical-stage biotech startup at the forefront transforming drug discovery using AI and metabolomics to decode nature’s chemistry and unlock novel therapeutics at unprecedented speed . Enveda’s platform accelerates drug discovery at 4x the industry pace with 10 wholly owned new chemical entities (NCEs) already nominated in just five years—including a lead asset now in the clinic. Before Enveda, Hannah played a pivotal role at Recursion Pharmaceuticals, where she helped launch the company’s first hybrid NCE program and also led AI-driven screening efforts for COVID-19 therapies. Her earlier research spanned multiple genetic model organisms and was published in top-tier publications.

Known for her ability to unify and energize diverse teams, Hannah’s leadership blends scientific rigor with bold curiosity and a collaborative spirit. Her contributions have earned notable honors including being named one of the Top 50 Women Leaders of Utah in 2022. At Enveda, she champions a mindset of fearless innovation and charting new paths.

Hannah holds a Ph.D. in Human Genetics and an M.S. in Clinical Investigation from the University of Utah, where she honed her passion for translating basic science into clinical impact. Outside of work, Hannah opts to be outside, exploring the Rockies with her partner, Tyson, and their dog, Carbon—by foot, bike, ski, and even by air.
