CBSA and Medtronic Women’s Network are thrilled to present Lindsay Boyle, MBA, Head of Strategy and Chief of Staff – Advanced Surgical Technologies, at Medtronic, as the speaker for our next Leader Within virtual event.

Lindsay Boyle has been with Medtronic since 2006, serving in a variety of capacities with increasing complexity within Operations, Services, Quality and Strategy. She loves to drive large-scale, enterprise-wide initiatives to create and sustain transformational change, and is passionate about patients.
During the Virtual session, Lindsay will share:
  • How she strives to create lasting cultural impact that puts patients first
  • What she’s learned during her career journey and long tenure at Medtronic
  • How she approaches large-scale transformational change initiatives

Lindsay is based in Boulder, Colorado, and lives with her husband, John, of 18 years, and three kids, McKenna (15), Cooper (12), and Beckett (8), and one Portuguese Water Dog, Sydney (3). She is a mountain bike instructor, avid snowboarder, loves fly fishing, and trail running.

Lindsay holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Colorado, Boulder, an MBA in Strategic Leadership from Metropolitan State University, Denver, and is a Doctoral candidate in Organizational Change and Leadership at the University of Southern California.

The Leader Within, hosted by Medtronic Women’s Network and Colorado BioScience Association (CBSA), is a dynamic speaker series that features some of Colorado’s most respected life sciences leaders in an exclusive setting.
