Kristin Lamb
Associate General Counsel, Vice President of Intellectual Property and Regulatory Compliance at ŌURA
Kristin Lamb is Associate General Counsel, Vice President of Intellectual Property and Regulatory Compliance for ŌURA, a late-stage health and wellness wearable startup based in Finland and San Francisco and maker of the Oura Ring. As Head of IP, Kristin leads an international team focused on all aspects of IP development, protection, and enforcement for the company. Prior to working at ŌURA, Kristin was in private practice with Hogan Lovells in Houston, Texas. She is a former biochemist and patented inventor, studied biochemistry at the University of Colorado, and received her J.D. from American University Washington College of Law in Washington, D.C. She is admitted to the California, Colorado, District of Columbia, and Texas bars, and is a registered patent attorney with the USPTO.

Sonali Shah is IP Counsel at ŌURA, the company behind the revolutionary smart ring. She has been practicing intellectual property law since 2018, specializing in protecting innovations in various technological areas including biotech, artificial intelligence, and computer science. With a robust background in biochemical engineering, Sonali brings a unique perspective to her role at ŌURA. Molly Kocialski
Director at Rocky Mountain Regional United States Patent and Trademark Office
As the Director of the Rocky Mountain Regional United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO), since January 2016, Mollybeth (Molly) Kocialski carries out the strategic direction of the Under Secretary of Commerce for Intellectual Property and Director of the USPTO, and is responsible for leading the Rocky Mountain regional office. Focusing on the nine states within this region and actively engaging with the community, Ms. Kocialski ensures the USPTO’s initiatives and programs are tailored to the region’s unique ecosystem of industries and stakeholders.
A recognized leader in the Rocky Mountain Region, Ms. Kocialski currently serves on the Colorado Federal Executive Board’s Executive Committee and as a member of the Planning Committee for the annual Rocky Mountain Intellectual Property Institute.
Megan McCorquodale
Legislative Assistant to Congressman Joe Neguse, U.S. House of Representative for Colorado’s 2nd District
Megan covers Judiciary, Small Business, Tax, and Economic issues for Congressman Neguse. Prior to that, Megan worked with Senator Feinstein’s Judiciary staff for three years, covering a range of issues, including antitrust, sexual violence prevention, criminal justice, and prison issues. Megan is a native New Mexican, but an avid fan of Colorado.
