Colorado BioScience Association Welcomes Matt Teter as Vice President of Partnerships

Teter Brings Dynamic Leadership to Drive the Growth of Colorado’s Life Sciences Ecosystem

Denver – Colorado BioScience Association (CBSA) kicks off 2025 with an exciting addition to its leadership team, welcoming Matt Teter as Vice President of Partnerships. Matt’s appointment reflects CBSA’s All In commitment to advancing Colorado’s vibrant life sciences community and fostering innovation that transforms lives.

Together with the CBSA team and board of directors, he will drive and support strategic initiatives across CBSA’s co-opportunity pillars: Capital + Growth, Policy + Advocacy, Education + Networking, and Workforce Development. With extensive executive-level experience in nonprofit and healthcare leadership, fundraising, organizational development, and policy, Matt brings a proven track record of building beneficial partnerships and driving measurable results for stakeholders.

“I was drawn to Colorado because of its vibrant life sciences ecosystem and the state’s exceptional lifestyle and culture,” said Matt Teter, CBSA Vice President of Partnerships. “I am excited to join CBSA and collaborate with our members, sponsors, and stakeholders to strengthen partnerships and champion growth that improves lives.”

Previously, Matt held executive leadership roles at the American Red Cross and Brightpoint Health (now Sun River Health). During his tenure, he exceeded fundraising goals, influenced impactful policy initiatives, and led relief efforts during disaster deployments. His ability to foster collaboration and align diverse stakeholders will strengthen CBSA’s efforts to champion Colorado’s life sciences ecosystem.

Matt holds a Bachelor of Science degree in public policy and administration from the University of Missouri-St. Louis and completed the healthcare executive program at UCLA Anderson School of Management.
